Return Policy
At Jonesboro Country Club, we strive to provide transparency and fairness in all financial transactions related to membership.
Stock Redemption Timing:
When a member resigns in good standing and all account balances have been paid, the Club will initiate the process to repurchase the member's stock certificate. The timing of this repurchase is directly linked to the availability of a new incoming member to purchase stock. As a result, the Club cannot guarantee an immediate refund of the membership stock value.
Refunds for membership stock will be issued in the order resignations are received and processed only when a new member joins and purchases a share of stock, creating the necessary capital to complete the redemption.
Initiation Fees and Dues:
Initiation fees are non-refundable. Dues and assessments are not refunded or prorated at the time of resignation unless otherwise stated in a formal agreement or under extraordinary circumstances approved by the Board of Governors.
Special Cases:
Any resigning member with an unresolved balance will not be eligible for a stock refund until the account is settled in full. If no stock certificate is presented, the resigning member may be asked to sign a waiver of future claims.
